Much like the game Limbo, everything is out to get you, so making your way through the levels require some trial and error as you figure out how to overcome the obstacles.On the bad side, I feel that there's a lack of story, and the controls feel quite "floaty" (I played with a controller and adjusted the sensitivity throughout the game, but even at its best, it was lacking).It's a little longer than it needs to be, but the levels manage to at least throw in a few new things every now and then to keep it fresh. Also, the little shoutouts to Super Mario and Neverending Story are appreciated.I'd recommend playing this if you have a few hours to spare, but if I had to give it a score, it wouldn't be more than 7/10.. A fun little puzzle game to pass the time. Pretty short, but entertaining nonetheless. The last level is the best part, btw.Summer Update: Liked that one level more when you were able to control Selma directly. Anyway, didn't see that ending coming. Last level is still the best part.NOTE: If you are using a Nvidia card (720m here), on Linux (Fedora 26 \/ openSUSE Tumbleweed here), the game will only show a black screen at launch. To fix this, go to your library, right click the game -> properties -> set lauch options -> write "-force-opengl" (without the "). That should fix it. Its a great game, but there are a few things that could be improved/fixed. For example, I was carrying something, died, and i was too far away to go back for it. Hence, (im not sure if theres a reset level button, I just bought this) I'm stuck in level two. Even if there is a reset level option, i would reccomend fixing that. Thanks!. In comparing with similar titles like Limbo, Little Nightmares, and INSIDE, it simply fell short and did not keep my interest. I liked the semi-creepy artwork which is what drew me to it, but it was just too slow, controls felt awkward, and puzzles overall did not leave me with a sense of accomplishment. They were rather simple and obvious for the most part and the deaths were not particularly shocking--just a mundane, "oh, I guess I died" unlike competing games which often leave you laughing at the ridiculousness of the event. Might be a good starter game in the genre for children, but it just didn't do it for me.. Unusual and suprisingly good game. Puzzles are not very challenging, rather straight forward. I like that you don't have to use keboard.. Excellent game, it's such a pretty game and I really enjoyed how the game made you care about Selma without dialogue forcing you to care. You want to care naturally, I've found myself rushing back to her not out of necessity, but because I don't want her to be so scared in a strange place for too long. Visually simple and beautiful, fantastic music, great gameplay, a little short but still well worth it.. When you keep dying during the tytorial... Heap of crap.. Awesome game! Just started playing but looks really interesting. Cool that after dying you don't have to start all over again.
